Jumar has scored maximum marks in a comprehensive compliance test to ensure high standards in the recruitment industry.
The Recruitment and Employment Confederation (REC) – of which Jumar is a proud member – requires recruiters to complete an in-depth test to validate their understanding and knowledge of professional practices and ethical standards.
It also tests an organisation’s adherence to REC’s code of professional practice, as well as confirming a wide-ranging knowledge of subjects including Agency Working Regulations, employment law, agency practices and others.
Jumar scored 100% in this test, allowing it to remain accredited until the end of 2018.
This demonstrates the importance Jumar places on raising standards in the recruitment industry, and reinforces its commitment to the REC code of practice.
