14/01/2010 Agile In A Day Workshops from JumarJumar is running its first 'Agile In A Day Workshop' during March. The Workshop is designed to demonstrate how, by both business and IT departments working together, they can successfully deliver projects using Agile methods. This half-day event will simulate an end-to-end Agile project where participants play key project roles and influence the final project deliverables. By experiencing the key activities of an Agile project first hand, organisations will be in a better position to adopt and expand their use of Agile methods. The Workshop is conducted by experienced Agile practitioners, and attendees will gain an understanding of Agile concepts, roles and responsibilities of participants and key concepts that support success in the Enterprise. They will also get hands on experience of the key benefits of Agile as well as the ability to identify and overcome Agile pitfalls.
